The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. Rooms very spacious and clean. The restaurant food was tasty and imaginative!The staff at the Spa were professional, overall really nice place to stay for a relaxing break!

Booked my mum in for spa mini break for her birthday - 2 nights dinner and treatments, she loved it, treatments were great, staff very accommodating - she didn't have a bad word to say about the place

We stayed in hotel early May we had a great time. Staff were very friendly and the food and service in restaurant was excellent. One of our party had a problem with their room and their request for a ... change was dealt with very quickly with some complimentary items waiting in their room. The staff in the spa were very good and we all enjoyed our treatments there. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. ---

Very Good value and convenient location, Thank You! Thought the Spa would have more facilities like steam room, vitality pool etc but cant complain for the price.

Myself and my husband have stayed in many hotels around the country and without a doubt the staff at this hotel are by far the most courteous and helpful we have ever come across. Overall we had a most enjoyable Easter, Thank you.

Stayed 3 nights during a car club tour. The service was second to none with nothing being too much trouble. Best service I have received at any hotel. We were given a suite also, which was great. Our accommodation package included breakfast and dinner which was great with top service

My family and some relatives stayed in the Carlton Hotel in Athy and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent cuisine, great customer service and clean comfortable ... accommodation. The general manager, Ted is wonderful, hardworking and a pleasure to deal with. Leisure centre lovely and the little extra touches (easter egg in the room!) were lovely. Planning our next reunion for the Carlton in Athy. Thank you ---

I had just stayed at the hotel this weekend...staff were very nice...food was lovely....but I had booked a double room and on arrival it was 2 twin beds pushed together and a mere bit of material to hold the 2 beds together...I have suffered terrible back pain from it...I cant say I would go back...for a 4 star hotel this was very dissatisfying

We stayed in Carlton Abbey Hotel Athy in April The waiter (from Poland) was very attentive and pleasant, food excellent and breakfast served to the room best selection and quality we have ever had in any hotel.
