Weekend in Athy
 
A group of 20 of us spent a fabulous weekend here in July. We stayed in the spacious family apartments, dined in both the Restaurant and Bar where the food was excellent. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The Leisure Centre was a bonus and we will all definitely be back.. The only complaint was the weather.. Rain.. But it is Ireland after all..

Fantastic for weddings
 
I recently stayed in one of the family apartments while attending a wedding. The wedding reception itself was fantastic. The staff were very fast and accommodated all my dietary requirements. I would highly recommend the apartments for a large group. The whole apartment was very spacious and well kitted out.

My husband and myself have just come back from a weekend in the Carlton Abbey and we had the most fantastic time. The staff are so friendly and helpful, from the moment we walked through the door we were ... made to feel welcome. The facilities in the hotel are fantastic particularly the Sap and Leisure centre. The bar is absolutely beautiful as is the dinning room, along with the food. Thank you, to all the staff in the hotel, you made the 1st weekend my husband and myself went away without our son, relaxing and memorable. ---

Not 4 star quality.
 
My sister and I stayed at your hotel for 3 nights (luxury break). On arriving we found the receptionist not very welcoming. No greeting of any sorts. That night we found alot of hairs on the duvets ... tried to contact reception but no reply. this room (214)was extremely noisy. IN the morning I explained the problems to the receptionist who didnt seem that bothered. The new room was ok but again found hairs on the pillow and the noise level was the same. At this stage we left it go. During our stay none of the front desk staff were any way welcoming.However the dining, bar and leisure club staff were all more than helpful and friendly and deserve the praise they have got in other reviews. ---

Housekeeping will be extra vigilant in checking the linen to make sure it is spotless and of the highest quality. Our stay in Athy
We did an over night stay in Athy recently and we really enjoyed our stay. The dinner was gorgeous and the service was wonderful, we will definitely be back

Great interior design
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I love how the hotel was done up with the antique furniture on display along the hallway. The pillow that I had was the best one i ever had.

Fantastic overnight stay
 
Stayed for one night only, short break away from Dublin, very helpful and friendly staff, hotel spotless and funky bar area. Pool complex also very nice. Close to Athy town for more bars and shops.
