we had a lovely time in your hotel and would be delighted to win a stay in any of your other hotels why do you not have a staff rating as we would have given them 5 stars they were lovely your food was the best we have tasted in any hotel we have been to.thanks again we hope to stay in one of your hotels soon.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are large and comfortable & the staff could not be more helpfull. We had a wonderful stay. The bar food was the best I've had in a long time!!

We had 2 lamps not working in the room and no ashtray, reported it to reception on arrival but wasn't rectified however the hotel itself and room were fine, food was beautiful and all service was faultless.

Spent weekend for surprise party for my husband's 60th birthday. Excellent weekend, staff were superb, couldn't do enough for us, nothing was a bother. Food excellent, real wholesome. Rooms great, spa in wonderful. Location is perfect. Definitely worth a third visit

Carlton Abbey Hotel (10 Feb 2010)
Our family 2 adults, 3 kids stayed in the apartments attached to the hotel for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were excellent as was food, service and about everything else. Lovely stay enjoyed by all.

Stayed as a family group for a family party. We had a fantastic time helped by excellent food, nice surroundings and very friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay any better. Well done to Ted and all the staff.

we had a great weekend here and were so impressed with the staff - they were all so friendly and helpful! rooms were big and spacious and our meal in the restaurant was fantastic - we'll be back!

Stayed three nights during which time the staff were always extremely helpful and friendly but needed more members at the reception desk. Unusual bar, food superb both in hotel and bar.
